What upgrades can my computer get

So I was looking to get ANY possible upgrades for my laptop. I was mainly hoping that there were upgrades for faster RAM/APU etc.

Here is the actual computer:

I agree, but do you know what upgrades I can get for each? Maybe even what ssd can i get for my computer instead of my normal hard drive?

Where would I check the price/buy this processor? When I google it only thing that comes up is performance results and when I look it up on sites like Newegg and Amazon nothing comes up.
