So as the title states I'm experiencing random reboots but It doesn't necessarily seem to be at load, some times it will restart watching a video my CPU settings but cant remember the correct default voltage for my cpu(seems like the defaults got overwritten),it could even be something else. Any insight would be extremely helpful

Current Setup:
OS: Windows 8
CPU: Phenom II X4 945
3150mhz @ 1.35V
MOBO: ASRock MB-990EX4
GPU: HD 6870
Ram: 8GB
Storage: (2) 1TB HDD
PSU: 750w

Solution
I'd be tempted to think that CPU is running a little low on voltage. Notice that you set the CPU to 1.35v in the bios, but it's showing 1.008v in CPU-Z. Your CPU is running cool'n'quiet so the CPU is in it's lower speed in the image. However I still think this voltage is low. This vDroop can be compensated in the bios by adjusting the CPU voltage or using CPU Load-line calibration. I suggest adding 0.1v to the CPU voltage and see if it helps stability at all. Take small steps with this, you don't want to fry anything.

Phenom II X4 945 has a maximum posted voltage of 1.5v. What I'd do is download CPU-Z or another hardware monitoring software and check the CPU voltage and memory voltage under normal use in Windows. It's possible you are getting voltage drop on the CPU or memory.

Good luck.

This is what CPU-Z shows
