I like the R9 280x for the performance, price, and VRAM. It's newer too, and this one is quiet. Yep it states that you need 750w, which hah we just have but manufacturers always overstate. People use as low to 550W PSU for an R9 280x, which I actually find scary too. So I like using a little more. You can bump it up even more if you'd like - but 750W from Corsair, Seasonic is good.

The motherboard will fit in fine with the Corsair Carbide 300r - it is an...

What's your budget?

You could use http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ to decide where to get the cheapest parts.

1) CPU and your motherboard are not compatible. Your CPU is a 1150 socket, whereas your mobo is 1155.
>>> You want to look at Z87 motherboards that host 1150 chips

2) Upgrade GPU. I would suggest a better graphics card. You put a lot of money into the overall build, buts it the graphics card that allows you to play games on Ultra, or modern games. 560Ti isn't good enough for BF4 (don't know what games you're playing)
>>> If money allows: GTX 780, R9 280x, GTX 770, GTX 760, HD 7870.
>>> GPU benchmarks: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/R9_270X_HAWK/26.html

3) The Cooler Master N520 is an older design and more expensive.
>>> Look at the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
- CM Hyper 212 Evo: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1284316&CatId=99

4) Your case fans are nice, but if you want to save money get the Corsair Air Flow AF 120 Quiet edition.

5) HDD brand loyalty, Toshiba is okay
>>> Choose Western Digital Cav Blue/Black. Or Seagate.
- WD Black: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6076939&CatId=2459
- WD Blue: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3232686&CatId=2459

6) Full tower gaming case? Unless you strongly want this, heh I won't detest. Full towers are also pretty big so make sure you've got a space for them.
>>> I like the Cooler Master N600 series, and the Fractal Design cases
- CM N600: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=8466353&CatId=1509
- Corsair 300r: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1723741&CatId=1509

Holy, you've done quiet some research, and i thank you so much This is a prefect set i was looking and isnt that expensive, but i was thinking about changing the graphics card to a GIGABYTE GV-R797OC-3GD Radeon HD 7970 3GB 384-bit

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125413

What do you think about the change ? ( only because i never heard of the one you suggested,) i am willing to stretch my price range but how well will the graphics card you suggest go up against say Crysis 3 or battle 4 at ultra settings

The 280x is the newer version of the 7970 (The 280x came out in October). It has the same gpu as the 7970 but the 280x is clocked significantly higher for the same price or less. The Asus 280x is a great card it is very quiet, stays cool, and has faster memory than the 7970. I would go with the Asus R9 280x, its just a great card for a great price. Definitely a better choice than the 7970.

The 280x performs better than the 7970 you picked out for $50 less.

I watched a review on the Asus Radeon R9 280X 3GB Video Card and it said that it should have a minimum power wattage of 750, seeing that my power supply is 750watts should i be worried and that the Asus Radeon R9 280x is roughly 11 inch long, whereas my mobo is 12" by 8.8 ?

You should be fine with power. The corsair 300r case can handle a card that is 450mm (about 17 inches) so you should be fine with the length of the card.

The motherboard will fit in fine with the Corsair Carbide 300r - it is an ATX mid-size case that fits an ATX motherboard (length and width).

The case like 16bit says, will definitely fit the graphics card (I forgot how long, but it's like 270mm or something) whereas the case is 430mm or something. Lots of space, lots of airflow and good circulation, especially when you add those case fans if you get them. Have a push cool air (bottom case) - pull hot air system (top and back of the case).

The video card latches on to the motherboard and case. As long as the GPU fits in the case (not the motherboard) heh, look up some pics of a PC build on Google then you'll see it.

And no problem. You can always change something you don't like - it is your build after all. That's the fun of it - the planning, and then the building. THEN THE GAMING heh!

Cheers! Hope this helped!
