Wanting to add a Noctua NH-d14 to a Raidmax Atlas case?

So I know this is a cheap case, and I plan to change it out for a coolermaster HAF series in an update soon, but I would like to upgrade my stock cooler and for air cooling and a hot card like mine it seems nothing really compares to the Noctua. My concern is in the width of the case, pulling the measurements its really really close and I hate to order this monster only to discover my case wont quite hold it. I could go with some smaller options for now since I will only be doing a light overclock at first, but to extend the life of this system it will be getting a stronger overclock and an updated PSU and power supply in the near future, so having the Noctua now would cover me for a long while to come. Has anyone put the Noctua in one of these cases before or have any data that supports compatability?

System specs: AsRock Extreme Z77 MoBo, Intel i7-3770k, 4X4GB G-Skill Sniper series RAM, Kingston 240GB SSD, Seagate 3TB HDD, GeForce GTX 660Ti GPU

I assume the case just isn't quite wide enough? seemed like I was going to come up a couple mm short there, was just hoping it would squeak past somehow.

Have any recommendations for a slightly shorter air cooler that performs near the noctua's level? Most of the better options I have found in comparisons seem to not be readily available. I don't plan any extreme overclocks, I just want to stretch this pcs lifespan as long as I can which shouldn't be too hard considering how well it still performs over a year later. If all else fails I guess I'll spring for the HAF first and then pick up the Noctua a bit later.
