Looking for a quick second opinion on this before I buy

XFX AMD Radeon HD 7750 1GB - Will this GPU fit, be compatible with (Power supply wise, etc.), and work somewhat well with my PC? I know my APU is quite out of date so I won't get the most this card can put out. Yeah that would be about the best you can get with your PSU.
