My Computer:
1x ATX Corsair 850W Real
1x cabinet ATX Casemall KM-9188- Blue
1x HD Seagate 500.00 GB SATA 7200 RPM
1x ASUS M4A88T-V EVO/USB3 (pci 2.0)
1x AMD Phenom II X6 1075T 3.00 GHz
1x gtx 560 ti
1x 4 GB DDR3 1333 Kingston (RAM)

I would like to add more 4gb to ram
and also change the vga for this: VGA Sapphire AMD Radeon HD7950 GPU 3GB DDR5

Can I change the vga? There is compatibility with the entire system? Can My Power supply supports? Everything will work perfectly? Can my processor and motherboard handle the new vga?

Thanks
Big hug

Yes. Adding 4GB of ram and a new HD 7950 will work fine.
