I have a problem with my GTX 660 non Ti I was trying to overclock it so I ran my "Base" test and saw that unigine valley reported a core clock of 1241 MHz so I looked in GPU-Z and it says that my core clock is set to 1020 Mhz with boost clock of 1085 Mhz but on the sensors tab it says core clock of 1188 MHz so I looked in precision X and everything is at default I also have all my setting in the nvidia control panel to the default settings.
Should I wory that my Graphics card is way past the rated core clock?

You have nothing to worry about. Even my GPU normally clocks itself higher than the boost frequency when under high load. Keep in mind that it's a 660 Ti, but it doesn't matter. It will clock higher because of the temperature. GPUBoost tells the card if it can boost higher than the normal boost clock.
