memory interface:::::::::: 192bits for nvidia & 256bits for radeon
memory clock speed:::::::::::6008 Mhz for nvidia & 4800Mhz for radeon.....

In which should I emphasize????

NEED A SOLUTION TO CHOICE for Architectural rendering with this software

You can not do direct comparison on spec between the two different architectures. Only way to compare is look at benchmarks in related applications.
As an example the HD7870 has a slight win in gaming!

Looks like that software favors CUDA, I say go for the Nvidia GTX 660.

Based on this recommended GPU's http://lumion3d.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/lumionperformance2.png I would go with the GTX660! It is going to sit in between the 660ti and 650ti and better than HD7950 which is better than HD7870.

No it does not mean that it means it can handle double the file size at a time to simplify it. Or handle double the amount of pixels/textures but you will have to task it with it.
