I am considering following system with 64GB RAM:
Intel Core i7 4930K 6x 3.40GHz So.2011 TRAY
Asus P9X79-E WS Intel X79 So.2011 Quad Channel DDR3 ATX Retail
Is either (or both) of following options compatible?
64GB Corsair Vengeance Black DDR3-1600 DIMM CL9 Octa Kit
64GB Kingston HyperX Beast DDR3-2133 DIMM CL11 Octa Kit
I would say that Corsair is compatible but is it possible for me to go up to DDR3-2133?
While intel site says DDR3-1333/1600/1866, Asus site says 8 x DIMM, Max. 64GB, DDR3 2400(O.C.)/2133(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/1866/1600/1333/1066 MHz ECC, Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory *1.
