I just checked this website and put in all my specs. - http://www.extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine
Is it wrong?
561 watts!?
Does that mean my 650 watt psu could handle it?

More about : 770 sli requires 561 watts

I put the cpu at 4.4ghz in the calculator.
I don't think it's accounting that though.

Probably. Most of the time the recommended amounts for GPUs are to protect the consumer. "450 watt minimum" on some cards that don't even need 150w. It's so that if your PSU is being taxed by the rest of your system, if the wattage on the PSU is incorrect (400w when 450w advertized) you still have enough. Someone showed me a wattage benchmark of a hexa-core Intel extreme processor and a GTX 660 and it barely used 300w at load. You should check the jonnyguru website for your specific PSU to make sure it can handle at least 600w on the 12v rail. If it can, then you can SLI if you have the right connections and motherboard.

*Edit* Here... this is what a system used with 770 SLI and a 6 core intel processor:

I did 7950 crossfire on this PSU and it ran fine.
Do the 770's use much more power?

Does 636W @ 12V...

I'd say you're good to go. Newer stuff is very power efficient, and they're guarding against people using crap PSUs and things like an 8350.

a typical rig eats up around 300-400w so adding another card.. sounds about right. but i'd factor in capacitor aging, and for my piece of mind i personally would like some breathing room :)
