I am Building a Gaming Rig (pc) i need a build advices from some Tom's hardware Experts!

1. My Budget is 1000 $ - 1100 $.
2. I don't require, OS, Monitor, Keyboard , mouse, speakers , Ups . Just the System .
3. want to Play High end gaming, Future proof computer in this budget for gaming.
Only and Only Gaming .

MOST IMPORTANT: i will also upgrade my pc through time , so please suggest me upgradeable PC rig.
The Pc should be Like i can Play games OF 2018 on that :p very smoothly

If i would go with i7 4770k then? will it affect gaming?
money is not issues then
what you will prefer 4670k or 4770k?
