What graphic card my system support?

Hello sir,

I have a system with m2n68 motherboard with 2gb ddr2 ram and amd athlon x2 processor, 450 watt power suppy and 500 gb hdd. I am running windows 8 OS. My performance index is 3(desktop graphic), unless all other performance are above 5. So Please tell me which graphic card may is bought to increase my system performance.

Your board is it in a Hp pc? its asus board you can install a good many cards in that board but whats your budget what are you wanting to game example game ect?

One thing I do want to mention is don't reach for the sky on a gpu YOUR system is ddr2 also you have a dual core cpu and the power supply is only 450 watts so unless your wanting to max out your system find a older x 4 cpu and better power supply it has to be a reasonable GPU upgrade other wise it could bottle neck your system or you can have power failure.

I am not interested in high end games. Only i want to play medium configuration games like far cry, assasin creed etc. (not latest version) and want to play some hd movies. I have a budget of only Rs. 3500 (around 70$) only.

Try looking for a radeon 6670 or 7750 should be around your budget where you live at the first card is a tad slower then the second card.
