Okay, I have tried almost every single solution to this problem I could find. Uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, reinstalling windows, adding a few things into the registry. The problems only gotten worse.

At first I had a Radeon 5770 i think
Then on my birthday this year i got a Radeon 7750

I go to update the drivers, theyre out of date of course, so I update them and nothing changes. I uninstalled and reinstalled these dang drivers so many times, it never worked. So I went and updated my BIOS since they were apparently out of date, and then the problem somehow gets worse and the system wouldnt even boot up without crashing the moment it got to the windows logo.

Then I reinstalled windows expecting it to fix the problem. I installed the newest driver directly from the amd website. I didn't let it get any other drivers. Still crashes a lot, and when it recovers it almost instantly crashes again. So I made entries in the registry like these places say:

Needless to say it STILL crashes as much as always.

I don't even know what to do anymore.

This is seriously the most frustrating thing I've ever encountered.

OMG YOUR problem is your power supply anything under 20 bucks is going to be trash all this trouble over a 20 dollar power supply It just let me open the link for it that's your problem. The power supply when building any system there are some things you can short change but one of them isn't a good power supply either AMD or Intel its a wonder your system even ran.

Motherboard: Asus M5A88-V EVO
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4GHz

Ok you may want to replace your power supply start little one thing at a time see if that helps. Then if the problem persists you need to actually download and install new bios if you have not done so the 7750 card you have wont take a lot of power did you remove the older drivers before you installed it?

Yes. I made sure no old drivers were never installed in the first place after I reinstalled windows.

ok last but not least it sounds sad to suggest this you may want to a format can re -install windows its sucks but sometimes even when the system is running great and things happen that you cant pinpoint or isolate its better to start fresh . Hope this helps.

But I JUST did that and it changed nothing.

If it where me I point my finger at your ram have you tried it in another system does it run well with just 2 sticks is your bios up to date? Theres something a miss in your system and you need to find out what that is did you remove the new card and replace the old card and it worked fine? back track before the problems started and go from there.

IM sorry but that power supply could have taken your entire system down and cost you a lot of money ..One thing you don't do is buy a power supply because of the costs only .. spend a few bucks on it but spend hundred on your system to save a few will cost you in the end either failed hardware or crashes dude please get a good power supply I hate to see you waste your money and time trying to figure out whats wrong with your system and again we are always here to help you ... Hope you have a good holiday and good luck with your rig!
