Hey, so I think my graphics card is running slower than it should be. My card is a Sapphire Radeon Hd 7770, and according to the specs on any website it says that my core clock should be 1000 mhz but apparently I'm only running at 300. I noticed lower performance lately when I was playing Empire Earth 2 and had to lower settings down to medium or under....Any help would be great, thanks.
