i have a problem downgrading to windows 7

hi i have some question about downgrading to windows 7, i'm trying to downgrade to windows 7 by using usb boot but i'm facing some problem, i've changed the bios setup but when i try to boot from usb it says that there is no device to boot what i have to do?

the boot order is correct: usb first, the problem could be the hd partition are in gpt and not in mbr, or maybe the bios is uefi and not the normal one but i enabled legacy bios and disabled the security but nothing change
