Despite of having a pretty decent laptop it is pretty slow... And often it hangs up...that is it hangs up during browsing .....Also window explorer sometime hang up while opening......Even when I right click on desktop it takes a little while for menu to come up..........Conclusion is that it is very slow............It has window Experience index of 5.9 though...It is Dell 15R 5521 refurbished laptop..........
I have installed new windows a lot of times and used every optimization tool and my conclusion is that it is slow due to some hardware problem ....there is no software problem............
Currently i have both window 7 home premium and window 8.1 and both are slow
Please help me find out which hardware is causing problems?
Specs are
Intel i5 3337U
Ram 8GB
hard disk 1TB
though it clears the basic hardware dell diagnostics test............Following is the link of results of it with details of hardware below

About the above report : (The test with cannot run status was completed without errors , it could not run at that time because the same test was running in another app at same time.)
(Please help me it is even 10 times slower than my Dual core 2.8GHz, 4 Gb ram 32 bit desktop PC having experience index of 3.2 only)
