Hello people,

I have been looking into building a system to use for rendering and photoshoping.

I'd really appreciate any advice on my first build?

Intel i7 4770k
Corsair vengeance 16gb (8gbx2) ram (will upgrade to 32gb at a later date)
motherboard Asus Z87-A
MSI GeForce GT630 Nvidia Graphics 4gb
western digital 2gb
power supply OCZ OCZ-ZS750W-UK ZS Series 750W
CiT Vantage Midi Mesh Gaming Case

An i7 Extreme CPU is much better for rendering and your graphics card is not very good. Look in to FirePro cards, they are really good.

I'd rather you spend more on the GPU than the CPU so instead of a wasted 4770k, you can get an FX-8350 which is much better for rendering and multithreaded applications than most intel processors.
