Why are these two your only options? What is your budget?

Theoretically, the HD6570 is the better card, as its a faster chip. The VRam is essentially irrelevant for most things given it's at such a low spec.
Having said that, buying any DDR3 low end graphics card is of questionable merit these days. You don't gain much over integrated graphics on most modern CPUs.
From a benefit vs investment perspective, something like a HD7750 is a far better entry level graphics solution (though make sure to pick up a GDRR5 version, the cost difference is usually very small)

I believe there is a DDR5 version of the 6570. The 6670 is even better and is in that price range. The GTX 650, HD 7750, and HD 770 are all often on sale for that cheap. I can't see buying either of your options for anything other than media playback.

Dude .. nobody will understand the term "LOCAL BRAND" better than me unless they are from india :D

Nvdia and AMD neither of them are "LOCAL" and they DO NOT manufacture these cards. They are the architects of these cards and provide right to companies such as ASUS, SAPPHIRE, ZOTAC, XFX etc.

An AMD A10-5800k or A10-6800k's integrated graphics would be better than either of those video cards.

You can comfortably pick up something like a HD7750 for under $80 in the US or EU markets, but at a glance at Indian retailers, it's going to be very hard to find anything decent for under Rs. 5000. Closest I can find is something like a GDDR5 HD6670 for Rs. 5490.

that is nonsense. Both amd and nvidia provide quality components and both are reputed brand

you should choose gpu according to your budget, not by brand

The DDR5 6670 is miles better than the DDR3 6670

My best advice is to wait until you get get something a little better like a 77xx series at the very least.

First of all tell me your exact PSU model and its power distribution

With Rs. 5000 the HD 6570 1GB DDR3 is the best

And 2GB video memory is totally useless at that range of cards
