If the drive has completely failed, no computer will be able to access it, so data recovery will not be possible except by sending the drive to a data recovery specialist which is very expensive. Keeping the data backed up to another drive would have avoided loss of data.
Remove the drive and install it into a working computer as a second drive. Now see if that computer can access it.
