i5 4570 vs i5 3570

I having problems in choosing..
Which is better?
in terms like electricity, Performance, benchmarks and stuffs.

Nominal if any difference. The 3570 uses more power but we're talking about 77 to 84w.

You wouldn't notice the difference.

Yeah you will never notice a power usage difference between the two.

The 4570 is 5-10% more powerful than the 3570 at stock speeds. However, the 3570 can be overclocked JUST A LITTLE, and the 4570 cannot. The 3570 can likely be found for a few bucks cheaper too. They require different motherboards, and the LGA1155(for the 3570) can also be found cheaper than the LGA1150(4570) motherboards.

3570 = cheaper AND slightly more capable.

The main advantages for the 4570 are-

1. Slightly less power usage
2. Slightly more powerful at stock speeds
3. Newer socket that will have one more generation of processors capable of fitting it (better upgrade path)

Where do you get your information? Next generation Broadwell will be released on LGA1150 unless they have changed their mind in the last 2 weeks or so.

1150 isn't a dead socket wow..... also there is like a %15 increase in a 4570 over a 3570 I though. Maybe I am wrong. But I'm pretty sure I read that in toms haswell review.

Around 5-15%, it all depends.
I would go with the 4570 over an 3570 any day.
haswell did get some nice new extension features which did increase performance.
and 1150 is far from a dead socket.

I just checked on pcpartpicker, and the 3570 actually seems to be costing more than the 4570.
money you save on the CPU you can invest in the GPU = Cost around the same.

I cant find anywhere where a new 3570 is that much cheaper then a 4570 lol. 4570=200 or less

The i5 3570 is a better choice and can not be compared to the 4570 but to the 4670 and the even between theese the performance is only about 6% so between the i5 3570 and the i5 4570 the performance gap is even smaller.
and the i5 3570 consumes less power.
and the i5 4570 is cheaper so the better choice in my opinion is the 4570 because of the fac that it is newer and is on the new lga 1150 socket

I feel like this discussion is going no where. Who cares which one is more powerful. The percentage difference will render little to no performance increase. The OP hasn't responded in a while. Life moves on.
