Is the Phenom II X6 1055T still relevant for gaming/video-editing?

I had my 7950 with a Phenom II x6 1090t OC to 4ghz, all the games ran fine. my motherboard died, so i bought a 4670k (stock), it was a very nice boost in all games, more in RTS. But if my motherboard had not died i would not have changed anything, everything ran smooth. I just recommend you to overclock
