Heres the spec
Intel Core i5-3570K
AsRock Z77 Pro4 Motherboard
8GB DDR3 1600Mhz Corsair (8GBx1)
Radeon HD 7970 OC Boost - 3 GB GDDR5
1 Terabyte UDMA600
CORSAIR CX600M 600 W
Windows 8.1

ive heard its better to dual channel ram,would that mean i would put hem in no1 and no3 slots?
Is this http://tinyurl.com/nmln236 good enough for the job,dont really know what MT/s CL11 SODIMM means?

SODIMM means it's laptop RAM. Which you don't want.

MT/s is the unit for RAM speed - that RAM is 1600 Mega Transfers per second.

CAS Latency 11 means it takes eleven clock cycles for one stage of a read/write (can't remember which stage).

Yes buy another stick of exactly what you have right now, and put it in slot 3 (assuming the first one is in slot 1), if its in slot 2, put the new one in slot 4.
