Well he said that he used both win 8.1 and 7, so let's assume that he made a clear windows installation..

I do have a 120mm fan mounted onto the side panel , and I have a 120mm blowing from the front onto the HDD in the bays above the front 200mm fan , and the 200mm fan in the top of the tower. When I heard that AMD runs hotter than intel , I bought the Coolermaster Haf Advanced series midtower and added a 120mm fan inside the case at front to assist the slower rpm 200mm fan for intake. Since yesterday I have tried for kicks to lay a 80mm and a 120mm fan directly on top of the GPU's Mb which is keeping the card cool to the touch , but i still have the mouse lag. So, after trying the lay-on fans , my entire tower is cool atm , and does that rule out the GPU , or cld it still be the culprit? : (. Sorry I cant figure out how to place pic or logs onto here. I built this one from scratch and since it was all new except for the memory , I cant figure out what the problem is. I did a Furmark test and the temp got up to 73C. thats the highest.
And yes , I have done at least 6 or 7 clean installs in the past 6.5 weeks.
