I have 350 gb hard drive and on the partition page it only says I have 127 gb how do I re claim my other gigs I've payed for

I have 350 gb hard drive and on the partition page it only says I have 127 gb how do I re claim my other gigs I've payed for so I have got full use of my ntfs partition

No it just comes up in windows as c drive , and in the blue screen menu on the xp start up when u hold delete it dosnt give me an option to pic if I had 350 gb it just gives me 127 gb how do u check if it's in d then
