Change 32-Bit to 64

There is no available "upgrade path" to go from 32 to 64 bit.
You must purchase and install a 64 bit OS.
Back up your data files.
Purchase the OS (I find it easier to have the media, but download versions work too.) I assume you are talking about Windows 8.1 64 bit (any version that suits your needs)
