Have you tried playing on 1 of the TV's first to see if the TV is even fast enough with refresh rates and such to keep up to a PC. A lot of those cheap 720p TV's will get really motion blurring and lag when trying to pushed for a game or PC usage. Great for TV, not so much for gaming.

Add that to the fact that TV bezels are thick, 3 of them together, the bezels are going to be really annoying trying to game.

then the inherent issues of multi-screen gaming like screen tearing in some games, non-supported resolutions, etc.

If you own the TV's already, that's one thing, but I would rather buy 1 nice 1080p screen to use than 3 cheapo 720p's and deal with bezels and all that stuff.

The 7950 should rock out at 720p

at 3x720p, you are pushing 2,764,800 pixels. For a 1080p screen, it is 2,073,600 so about 30% more pixels. So look up the games you want to play for the 7950 benchmarks, and see how they do. If they do 60fps on ultra, then figure maybe 40fps, or a 1/3rd less to push out the pixels your 3 screens would need.
