gt 610 vs hd5450

Solution
Judging by the name, you are Indian.
Let me guess. You want to buy a dedicated graphics card and are tired of integrated graphics.
I saw both the cards on flipkart, and both the cards are priced between inr 2500-3000. Honestly speaking, 2500-3000 is not the budget you should be considering for buying a graphics card. If you can, wait 3-4 months and save up to inr 8000 or so, and get a hd7770 or geforce gtx 650. That is essentially the sweet(est) spot for the graphics cards on flipkart.com. Even the highend cards like the titan and 780 cannot beat that price-performance ratio. Trust me, you'll be set for the next 4 years.
I bought the 210 2 years ago for 2200 and the price of that card lurks at that same point even today. I am still...

I forbid you to consider either one. LOL! Really, they are both crap. On-board video is probably just as good. If you're gaming, really consider a minimum (spec-wise) a Radeon HD6950 or a Geforce GTX 660. It's just not worth even the time to install a card like the two you mentioned in the title. Good luck.

The HD 6670 is the best card you can get for under 5,000 Indian rupees.

You can look at Tom's Hardware Graphics Card Performance Hierarchy Chart

Of course, if you can spend more there are better cards, but I wanted to be respectful that you are on a budget.

Do you mean Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag?

That is a brand new game and I am quite concerned your CPU may not be up to minimum as follows: Intel Core2Quad Q8400 @ 2.6 GHz or AMD Athlon II X4 620 @ 2.6 GHz

What CPU do you have?
How much memory (RAM)?
How many watts on the power supply?
What Operating system? XP, Vista, 7 or 8?

As you know that is a brand new computer, however I found the recommendations for AC4 Black Flag here:

http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=6805&game=Assassins%20Creed%204%20Black%20Flag

And they list the minimum as an HD 4870 which is equal to an HD 7750

You can check at Tom's Hardware Graphics Card Performance Hierarchy Chart

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html

Here they are on Flipkart:
http://www.flipkart.com/search?q=hd+7750+1gb+gddr5&as=on&as-show=on&otracker=start&as-pos=2_q

Maybe one of them will go on sale.

I did not realize you want to play a brand new game at 30 frames a second.

Can't really say what, based on the GTA IV fiasco, but either you will be able to max out settings, or atleast be able to set on medium at your monitor's native resolution.
The 750Ti is a nice card, especially for PCs with low-capacity power supplies.
