Hello all.
So I recently built a new APU rig, using an Asus a88xm plus. Along with an A10 6800k.
Fully updated drivers and bios.
Swapped out default cooler with a 212 evo using Arctic MX4 paste.

CPU-Z and CPUID HWMonitor both show some crazy voltage. 2.78v core!
HWMonitor is also reporting temps around 78*c while Folding@Home is running in the background. 78-80c? That can't be right, especially with this hyper 212 evo, right?
To be clear it was showing these wacky vcore and temps under the stock heatsink as well.
The only place I've been able to see a normal 1.4vcore has been in bios.

Please tell me 70+ temps isn't normal for Richland in a well ventilated case.

If ASUS has some sort of in OS bios temp reader ( for gigabyte its easy tune 6) then get that. my HW monitor says i idle at 60 degrees and at load am 110 but only cool air blows out of my case. also halve the voltage, thats what its really reading. Fm2+ boards are weird like that but yeah if it was truly pulling 2.7v it would have died long ago

EDIT: your in OS bios thingy is ASUS AI suite
