There will always be new cards coming, however AMD just released their r9 and r7 cards and Nvidia has added a couple.
What is your budget and what are your computer specs including the power supply.

Thanks for reply well I'm going to build a computer but not sure if it's work it,

I was thinking to get
Processor - fx9590 octacore 4.7 ghz

And then wanted to know what GPU as there's so many it's confusing lol

So really I need a card where I can play new games without having to upgrade and stuff for a while

If you can afford that CPU you are better looking at an Intel system since their CPU's are more powerful.

The new AMD cards would be an option. On the Nvidia side a GTX 770 would be a good choose. It all depends on what you can spend of course.

I wouldn't waste my time on a FX 9590, you can get much better performance from the i5-4670k in gaming. Then the GTX 780Ti or the r9-290x would be the top choices for a video card. With these cards you would not have to think about an upgrade for a while.
