Is an intel core i5-3570 ok to use with a Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H ATX LGA1155 Motherboard?

I will not be overclocking.

Also wondered the difference between a cheap motherboard? And whether it truly matters if I have no intention of overclocking? This will be my first build.
Also wondering if the price of a samsung pro 128gb SSD is worth the £80 it is asking for? Thanks guys will really help!

The motherboard will work with the intel i5-3570. A cheaper motherboard won't really matter if your not going to overclock. However a cheaper motherboard may lack some of the features a more expensive motherboard may have. Examples could include the number of usb ports, unique features and the visual apperance (if your into the asthetics :p) just to name some of them.
