i need to reset CMOS and i dont have a jumper. In instructions says that you can use metal object like screwdriver to short these pins for 5 seconds. I dont know what would "short these pins" mean. English is not my first language;)

Best way to reset the CMOS is to unplug the computer from the wall, pull out the battery (looks like watch battery) wait 45-60 seconds, hit the power button (removes all power from the board), put the battery back in, plug the computer back up and then turn it back on. This will do the same thing without fear of actually short ciruiting anything important.
