EDIT - I fixed the problem, I changed my monitors from 144Hz to 100Hz and working perfect now, thanks for the reply though!

like the title says, my screen keeps flickering black when turning on Dishonored and it's only this game, I've been playing every game from World of Warcraft to Battlefield 4 on Ultra settings (even messed with the settings in Dishonored but no luck)
my setup is -
Gtx 780 Hallf of Fame
i7-4770 (H100i watercooled)
Antech true Power 1200 Watt
Kingston HyperX beast 2400Mhz (2x8)
Asus Maximus VI Hero z87
Samsung 840 Pro 256GB
Windows 7 64bit
EDIT : I have tried updating everything also like drivers/windows update ect but they haven't worked, I also saw some one saying to type -windowed in the steam launch settings but that hasn't worked also,
