Hi all,
this is my first time here and I hope you could help me. :)

My roomate and I have LAN wireless connection between our laptops for playing games. And we both have separated source of internet. I have mobile broadband and he has WiFi over antena. When we connect to our LAN, my internet doesn't work. On that little graph in network & sharing center it goes something like this (my computer)------(multiple networks)----X----(internet)
When I disconnect from LAN I have normal internet over my mobile broadband connection. I used to have internet even when I was connected on both networks but something changed or maybe I changed something. I don't know. He had internet and still have.

ps. I think change happened after I disabled some services in Start-Run-MsConfig-Services.... I had to do it cause game we've played kept minimizing... for me, not for roomate

pps. I use W7, he uses XP

I saw that but the problem is that those steps are for windows vista (if I'm not mistaken). I don't have customize by any of networks.

did that also but still no change... that first solution looks like winner to me but I need to find it for w7 'cause there's not customize button :/

actually it works now... I don't know why cause I was changing network discovery on/off before I published anything here and it didn't help... silentplanner, thank you very much for your help
