I first noticed this when playing BF4.
I had the speakers turned up a quarter of the way which was extremely loud.
Suddenly noticed a drop in the quality and volume level of sound. To get the same amount of sound when It was turned up a quarter of the way I now have to turn the volume up to 100%.
I have even formatted my computer thinking it was a conflict of drivers.
To test if it was the speakers I plugged in some headphones and still the low sound.
speakers were plugged in through motherboard and also through amd hd audio which is on my r9 290 card.
Please help!
