I've been pondering on building a new rig revolving around one of the i5 haswell chips, and the GTX 760. I recently found two power supplies, for pretty much the same cost. I'm not sure whether to go with the Fractal Design Intergra R2 650W, or the Corsair CX 600. Which one would be better for this build? Oh, btw, each is about 60 or so. If you have any recommendations around that price range, I would be happy to hear it! Thanks

Go with the Corsair PSU, much better name in the PSU market.

I don't really know anything about Fractal Design's PSUs (though logically they're probably decent) but I know the Corsair CX series is fine for their price. I think there's a modular version, which would cost a little more but I consider it worth it.

600-650 W will power just about any system out there today, at least without considering SLI or Crossfire. You could comfortably go down to a 500-550 W PSU, as that whole system probably won't really draw any more than about ~300 W at full load.
