would a gtx 760 ti or 760 be bottle necked by a amd fx 4100 3.6 ghz?

No, you shouldn't see any bottlenecking.

No it should run just fine. It's when you cross into SLI territory with a second 760 that you'll start to have some issues.

ok thanks, i wasnt planning on doing SLI atleast till i upgrade more of my system
