1. I'm going with the i5-4570 over the FX-6300 because I'm concerned about cpu-intensive games (mainly Skyrim). Is this a good idea? Will the i5 provide a significantly better experience or is my money better spent elsewhere?
2. Is this a decent monitor?
3. If I were to increase my budget a bit, what would be the most useful thing I could buy? An SSD, better graphics card?

If I upgrade, it'll be a while, maybe ~2 years.
