Help me build my budget pc please ?

hey guys im planning on building budget pc with RM3500. can you guys refer to this site : http://www.lowyat.net/pc-hardware-pricelist-c-zone/ its a pc hardware catalog of my country. Okay for some MMO you will not need a 1500 to 2000 dollar pc. You could honestly just spend 500 dollars and be okay.

but the mmo that i said are simply nuts. somesay it took with atleast 4 core cpu and higher gpu or atleast like hd 7870 gpu

that is just a video. But if you want to build a 1500 pc to play that game than here you go, but I did tell you otherwise. Most freaking overpowered pc to play some random MMO that people will run on Intel integrated graphics. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/24LMl
