Hello guys! I have a real odd problem here...first I will introduce to you my PC:

AMD Phenom II X4 955 3.2GHz
8GB RAM Kingston DDR3 1333MHz (4x2)
Motherboard ASUS M4A88TD-M
Video Card AMD Radeon 7750 1GB GDDR5 Sapphire
1TB Hard Drive Western Digital Caviar Black 7200RPM
Windows 8 Pro 64-Bit Edition
Power Supply Antec HCG-620M 620w Modular
1366x768 ViewSonic Monitor

I know my video card isn't the best, but with my resolution I should be able to play games in a decent way.

I am not able to play Call of Duty Ghosts properly, only in low details and 1280x720, it looks awful (30FPS average)
Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag unplayable, 10FPS average
Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition, runs smooth on menu, but during fights, 20FPS average.

The funny thing is that, I have another PC with similar specs, but the video card is an NVIDIA GeForce GT240 1GB GDDR3, and those three games run better and are playable, even in 1080p!!! (except ACIV Black Flag which runs good at 900p low settings [25-30FPS average], but so even more playable than the Radeon at 720p and low settings [10FPS average])

The operating system is new, recently installed, and also are the drivers which are the latest version cleaned installed.

So, any ideas? Maybe the card is faulty? it runs great on the operating system, never crashed or any artifacts :(

I'm gonna try update the chipset, the monitor is plugged in the video card which is of course enabled on the bios.

Chipset is not an option to download on Asus site under Windows 8 64 bit OS, Windows 7 driver says it's not the correct OS. So everything is up to date including DirectX, dunno what to do :/

Look how this guy plays ACIV:

:(

*Problem solved, I updated my BIOS which was from 2010 long before Windows 8, to the latest one, (2012) and now games run smooth! I will post some images in a while!
