So the price of Radeon HD 7990 has dropped from $799 to $579 on Newegg. In term of performance, the HD 7990 is very close to GTX 780 TI, but now it is $200 cheaper. I also know that the HD 7990 is a bit hotter and more power consumption, but I think I don't really have problems with these two.

Do you think it's a good card that I should buy?

That's pretty awesome performance at that price, dual GPU solutions are always inferior choices to a single GPU, but at $579 that's pretty sweet, provided that your power supply can power that beast of a card

You will get better performance out of two 7970 ghz's or 2 R9 280x's in crossfire. The 7990 is two of the same gpu's as the 7970 ghz and the 280x on a single card, but at a lower clock speed.
