So I have two options as of now. I can buy the ASRock or my friend has a brand new MSI Gaming MOBO that he is willing to sell me for $80. He swears by the fact that the MSI is better quality which he is probably right since he is more experienced with computers then I am. My main concern is that will the MSI fit in my current build?

Here is my current build:

i have the AsRock 970 Pro3 R2.0 with an fx-8320, and i have to say for the price it performs pretty well, and with an fx-6300 it will perform also well with no problems and maybe with a little overclock there shouldn't be an issue.
