I am building a computer, and was wondering if the following build would be good, and if the motherboard will work with the things I have plugged into it and if it is good enough. Any other helpful info or suggestions would be very highly appreciated!

Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo)

MSI Z77A-G45 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s

NZXT Guardian 921 RB ATX Mid Tower Case, Black 921RB-001-BL

NVIDIA - GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card;jsessionid=578CA42B641E0BB31EE56B8EB964940E.bbolsp-app02-190?id=1218720725742&skuId=6208848&st=nvidia%20660%20ti&cp=1&lp=1

Corsair - CX Series Modular CX750M 750W ATX Power Supply

I don't know the rest of the specs like the harddrive because im taking them out of an old computer, but here's a link for the old computer:

Thank you to anyone that is able to help me build this computer, even small comments help!

Awesome! I just wanted to make sure that I wouldn't spend 100$ on a motherboard then have issues with other things working.
