My labtop crashed and its says at the top of screen 'windows boot manager ' . It says widows falled to start. How do I fix it without an installation disc?

Solution
Option 1: Get "installation disk". That is, you need Windows 7 DVD, or recovery disks from your laptop' manufacturer. You will also need working DVD drive (external USB DVD if your laptop does not have one)

Option 2: Make bootable USB installation from an installation disk. Instructions can be found on http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/html/pbPage.Help_Win7_usbdvd_dwnTool

Option 3: Some laptops have "recovery partition", where you press some Fn key during startup and it starts recovering your installation. But even if this is available, you might lose your data.
