Hey guys. Since last week I have a problem with my HDD Seagate sata 500gb. After 3 hours or less of working , my PC freezes and Hdd sounds like repetitive clicks. And then I have to reset it like 9-10 times to make him boot cause my hdd keep making sounds and I get boot failure cause it can t find my Hdd. I ran several programs for HDD and they all give me no errors or bad sectors response. The disk check from windows also gave me this response. I formated the hdd 2 times and installed the windows..I also changed sata cables..still the same problem. Please help me

Impending hardware failure on your HDD. Use another PC and make a clone of your HDD on a new one. Do this before it's too late, and minimize the use of the HDD in order to delay it's failure. If important data on it, first make a copy of that data on another media, then make the clone. Lastly, install the clone in the old PC and use it instead of the failing drive.

Thx foor this solution, I forgot to say that I bought this hdd last year so I have a guarantee available till april 2014. I need to use this HDD everyday so I can't delay it's failure. Do you suggest to take him to them and maybe they will gave me another ? Sometimes I can't use it for days.

Get your data off of it, then do a wipe (not only format) and return for exchange. To wipe use Killdisk or something similar that allows for zeroing the HDD (otherwise your data may still be recovered by someone else).
