Hello! I have a budget of about 1000-1400$ CAD, I did a fair bit of research but I'm stuck on a few things I can't decide on. I would really appreciate any help.

What I have so far:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/24xrN
If link doesn't work:
CPU: i5 4670k 3.5ghz (Planning to OC to atleast 4.2ghz)
GPU: Gigabyte Windforce R9 280X
MoBo - MSI Z87 G45 Gaming ATX LG1150
Storage: Samsung 840 Evo 120GB, WD Caviar Blue 1TB
CPU Cooler : Need advice (I've heard H100i is good, but will air cooling work?)
I plan on OCing to 4.2 ghz, and I'm worried about heat.
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600mHz
PSU: TX650W (Should I take this 84$ on over the $100 HX650W GOLD?)

Need help on:
CASE: Can't decide. I really want good air good air flow, Needs dust filters, window would be nice but then I would need grommets in the case so it's not ugly, Needs USB 3.0, removable cages would help fitting my card.

I've looked at Fractal Design R4, NZXT 410, Corsair 500R (No window though :/), If you can suggest a case along these lines that is within my price I would much appreciate it. I've looked at many articles but there just doesn't seem to be a definite answer. I just don't want my system to overheat

FANS: I also would like fan recommendations if I need it, I hear Noctula fans are good?

Peripherals: Need monitor, mouse.
I plan on stealing the optical drive from my old computer.

My monitor is an old CRT, if anyone is good with monitors if they can suggest an affordable 1080p monitor? I hear anything under 5ms is good for gaming.

My mouse is some 5$ thing that came with my computer, I don't care about bragging rights or anything, just want a nice affordable working mouse that can handle some abuse when I smash it against the table.

I think my keyboard is fine, but if there is a cheap one I can buy with any money I might have left over, I'm open to suggestions.

Sorry for long post, Any advice would be helpful
