So I have a quick question, and I may just reformat my comp (I'm waiting to see if I can find about 6 or 7 disk to replace programs I will lose) anyway when I start up my computer it asks me if I want to start up normally or in safe mode etc. it says use the arrow keys to choose. The only problem is that if I click my mouse or use my keyboard the computer freezes. Luckily it has a timer, so I can just wait (without pressing anything). Is it a hardware problem, a software problem, or a virus?
