AMD R9 290X Black Screen Help!

Hello, I was messing around on games and wondered how I could get a better gameplay on my new AMD R9 290x ( I know, being greedy, wanting even MORE power than what is already out there :p) and I moved the "Clock Speed" to the highest... black screen, I restart, the screen shows until I open AMD CCC Configurator, then black screen again, I CANT MOVE IT BACK DOWN!

First you had 2x 7870s, now a 290x, ok. Don't use AMDs tools to overclock your GPU, download Msi Afterburner so you can adjust the power limit, drag the power limit slider all the way up to 20+ and then drag core and mem clocks up in small increments and run some games/benchmarks until it becomes unstable, then decrease the clocks by 150mhz until it becomes stable again.

Well, that's what I tried, but when I start MSI afterburner, all the sliders are at 0 and I can't move them. I tried reinstalling my 7879 and then taking out, then reinstalling the 290X AND MSI afterburner and I'll see what happensa.
