Just bought a gaming pc from a buddy an was wondering ...

Where do i find what exact graphic card I have?

Where do I find what mother board I have?

An on system properties it says i have 4G ram , when I really have 8 ?

Solution
go to start, type in "dxdiag" withtout the quotes, hit enter, select "ok" and look at the display section.

EDIT: also, CPU-Z is a great tool to keep up with everything

If your system says you only have 4 when you have 8, see if you're running 32bit or 64bit OS.
