Hello I had a power surge during a windows 7 install and booted it back up and installed it question is what happens to that 100mb partition windows made do i have to delete it if so how? like it boots and runs fine tryed to delete partition when i rebooted but it never let me.

Don't touch that partition in any way, it's required to boot the system. It also holds the recovery console and, if running Ultimate or Enterprise, it's where BitLocker stores its keys.
