Average TDP of CPU and GPU?

Im using an online PSU calculator to measure my system power consumption as accurate as possible. The problem is, the preset for the CPU is at 90% TDP. I don't think the CPU consumes that much power when you're just browsing the internet. Even in gaming, I think the CPU only consumes like 70 to 80% of its TDP (correct me if I'm wrong here.)

Also, for the overall system load, the preset is at 90%, which according to the site, is recommended. I just need an average power consumption. Any thoughts?

First off, a 700W PSU is more than adequate for your system... depending on the make/model. Cheapies are another story. And the +12V rail(s) is the most important of the circuits to watch. It's the one that consumes the most power by far.
The best way to judge what your system is consuming in the way of Watts, is to plug in a kill-O-Watt meter and watch it. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16882715001
I keep one plugged into each of my systems just for that reason. They will determine the conditions (watts, amps, volts, etc) on the primary side of the PSU, but the secondary side (PC) will be slightly less due to power factor loss.

Those PSU calculators are only for guess-timates. Don't get too concerned about trying to be super accurate. But to answer your question, yes sometimes a CPU will run at 100% gaming if it is bottle necking the gfx card or you are gaming on a very busy server with 64 other players.
And you want to figure worse case scenerio for your PSU, because the one time you press it, you don't want it to fail and take out some other components with it. Maybe if you list your CPU, gfx card, RAM, we can give you some suggestions. Drives, fans, lights, don't consume much wattage and as a result draw very little current.

I have a non-K, stock, i5 4570 (85W), a GTX 760 (170W), 2x4GBs of 1600Mhz RAM, a single SSD, 7 LED case fans, and 1 PWM fan for the 212X, all powered by a 700W bronze PSU.

If that's the case, then the recommended 90% TDP for the power consumption is just normal. I'm aware that online PSU calculators don't give pinpoint accuracy in measuring power consumption. I would just like to "simulate" or know the typical consumption when I'm not gaming (from idle, to light tasks such as browsing the web, etc..)

Great! The hardware store near my place might not have the exact model you sent me from Newegg, but at least you gave me an idea. I just have hope they have alternatives (other brands) for that kind of tool. Thank you!
